Fan favorite Manu Bennet was recently confirmed to be returning as Deathstroke in the final episode of Arrow (titled “Lian Yu”), and recent news suggests he isn’t the only one set to reprise his role as a character from previous seasons.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Katrina Law is set to reprise her role as Nyssa Al Ghul for multiple episodes leading up to the finale, where she is set to face mentor to Prometheus and Oliver, and her half-sister, Talia Al Ghul (Lexa Doig), in what promises to be a action-packed and emotionally charged season finale.
First introduced in season 2 as a mentor and lover of the then long lost Sarah Lance, Nyssa Al Ghul was last seen on the show in a cameo in season 4. Actress Katrina Law has since been busy with starring on CBS’ ‘Training Day’ . Her return always seemed anticipated, especially since Arrow producer Mark Guggenheim stated: “They’re close enough and different enough that I would love, at some point, to do a story with Nyssa and Talia”.
Arrow returns to The CW, after its hiatus, on April 26th.
