Robert Downey Jr., Tom Holland, and Chris Pratt on the set of Avengers: Infinity War
Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and the Galaxy’s biggest A-holes will have to save our poor souls from the Mad Titan Thanos who will make his first destructive appearance on May 4, 2018. A while back, the next two Avengers movies were in two parts, but were separated into their own stories. Now they will be filming back-to-back instead of simultaneously. President Kevin Feige insisted that:

“We’re doing them one right after another… It became too complicated to cross-board them like that, and we found ourselves—again, something would always pay the price. We wanted to be able to focus and shoot one movie and then focus and shoot another movie.” Heroic Hollywood

This is for the better. If he said that it was too complicated, then the movies would have most likely been a disaster. Coming from a fan perspective, this would have been a MAJOR let down. I do not think that this changes anything at all. This is how I thought they were going to make the two movies anyway…I guess I am right now.

They need to focus on each separately, yet make sure each ones flow effectively. I see many comments about this movie and how epic and awesome and amazing these two are “going” to be. A common opinion about the latest sequel, Avengers: Age of Ultron, is that it was not as great as it should have been and Ultron sucked or was too weak. Thanos is one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Universe so people expect a phenomenal fight amongst the Avengers and Guardians. I believe that this will be a great movie, but I strongly suggest that everyone should focus on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Wonder Woman.
