“Welcome to your tape”
As expected, Netflix’s adaptation of the best selling 2007 YA book 13 Reasons Why just got renewed for a second season.
The second season, which will consist of 13 episodes, is set to debut on Netflix in 2018, with Brian Yorkey continuing to serve as showrunner.
A teaser was released by the official Twitter account of the show.

Season 2 will be produced for Netflix by Paramount Television. The show is also executive produced by Selena Gomez, along with Mandy Teefey, Kristel Laiblin, Joy Gorman Wettels, Michael Sugar and Steve Golin.
13 Reasons Why tells the story of Hannah Baker, a high school junior who dies by suicide and leaves behind 13 tapes explaining her decision. With each tape dedicated to an individual, the show has an ensemble cast, featuring Katherine Langford as Hannah and Dylan Minnette as Clay Jensen.
