A new prop has been spotted on the set of Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War (2018)! This image below was tweeted by MCU News & Tweets (@MCU_Tweets). In this prop, there is a lone warrior kneeling and looking down on the ground. Could this be a sign that a warrior (an Avenger) will be falling to his or her death or could it mean something else?
This prop was seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) during Thor’s vision (1:22) when he sees the Infinity Stones for the first time. There is an obvious connection with the prop in both movies. These two scenes are crazy and loaded with things to speculate on. There is no confirmed meaning behind this statue; however, if it does specify death, then it should not come to a surprise because many fans, including myself, believe at least one Avenger will die. The likely candidates, that I have seen via Facebook comments, are Steve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans), Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Clint Barton/Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), and Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson).
As a reminder, comments are nothing but fan speculation so the characters stated above are not confirmed to die. We will have to see come May 4, 2018 with Joe and Anthony Russo’s Avengers: Infinity War U.S. release!
