Deadpool 2 has officially cast an actor to play its villain.
Jack Kesy will play a major villain in the film according to Deadline. The site is also reporting that sources have said the role could possibly be that of Black Tom. He is a mutant who can manipulate and use energy through plant life. He is also capable of issuing concussive blasts with a shillelagh. Kesy stars on the show The Strain on FX and can also be seen in Baywatch which is currently out in theaters.
Deadpool 2 is currently set to be released on June 1, 2018 and stars Ryan Reynolds returning for the lead role with Josh Brolin as Cable and Zazie Beetz as Domino. David Leitch is set to direct the film.
