Just in time for San Diego Comic Con 2017, it appears as if the soon-to-be biggest film of all time has finished production. Marvel Studios has unveiled teasers for their Avengers films in the past and fans are clamoring to get their place in line for this year’s Hall H presentation.
Set photos have been coming out left and right almost everyday in the last few months and it’s been a known fact that Infinity War and the untitled 4th Avengers film would be filming back-to-back, but with this short lull in production, fans have reason to be excited for a potential first look at the highly anticipated film.
The film and its directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, have been taking its cast and crew from Atlanta to Queens to Germany to England over the course of the last 6 months to film and while set photos have been released, they have avoided having any major plot points spoiled.
Speculation has been running rampant for years and the news of the the film wrapping this close to Comic Con is sure to get fans all over the world eagerly watching social media to see if they can get just a little hint at to what’s in store for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released on May 4, 2018.
Avengers: Infinity War is described by Marvel Studios as the culmination of everything in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Iron Man in 2008. The movie is filming now under directors Anthony and Joe Russo, from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
