Some news regarding season 3 of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow have been revealed during the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con.
Damian Darhk (Neil McDonough) will return as one of this season’s main villains. However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Damian fans will see isn’t the one they knew:
“We’ll be meeting a new version of Damien Darhk, a little less silly and a little more dark,” executive producer Phil Klemmer said.
Leonard Snart, aka Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) will be returning as well. According to the show’s executive producer Marc Guggenheim, Snart will also be a bit different.
Furthermore, Tala Ashe revealed that her character Zari is meeting the Legends in a dystopian future in 2030, which is a result of the Legends “breaking time” in the season 2 finale.
The possibility of John Constantine (Matt Ryan) returning to the Arrow-verse was discussed:
“We talked to Matt,” Guggenheim answered cagily. “Matt’s currently busy doing something right now but we’ve had really good conversations with Matt.”
