Golden Globe winner Ian Mcshane is reported to star in the upcoming Hellboy reboot. The Hollywood Reporter broke the news with information about the film and the role Mchsane is playing.
The American Gods star will play Hellboy’s adoptive father, Professor Broom. Meanwhile, David Harbour (Stranger Things) is still set to play the fan-favorite demon hero.
The movie is titled Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen. The story is centered around Hellboy fighting a medieval sorceress who seeks to destroy humankind. Larry Gordon and Llyod Levin (Watchmen, Hellboy 2: The Golden Army) are set to produce the film with Dark Horse Entertainment’s Mike Richardson.
