Variety has reported that Arrow has cast Sydelle Noel (GLOW) as an FBI agent named Samanda Watson. Samanda will be investigating Mayor Oliver Queen’s connection to the Green Arrow. She will be a recurring character. Noel will also appear in another comic book adaptation, Black Panther in 2018.
