The Justice League San Diego Comic-Con trailer gave fans their first look at the villain Steppenwolf. In this trailer, he gave a chilling monologue about Earth not having its “Lantern” or “Kryptonian” and how he is dedicated to destroy it. Sadly, we only got to see his body and him in action, but not his face.

Sculptor Brodie Perkins has published on his Instagram account a head-shot render of Steppenwolf’s face from the Justice League action figure. In this post, he added this description:

Quick headshot render of #steppenwolf who I sculpted as the build a figure (#baf) for Mattel’s current #justiceleague multiverse wave.

While this look doesn’t match his comic book counterpart, it does compare to the one who appears in the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice deleted scene, where Lex Luthor is communicating with him.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s (Henry Cavill) selfless act, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League will release in theaters November 16, 2017.
