The Purple Man is coming back officially!
Today EW has confirmed that David Tennant will indeed return as Killgrave in the second season of Marvel’s Jessica Jones.
Marvel is keeping the details about Tennant’s involvement under wraps currently, but EW exclusively shared the first photo of Tennant on the season 2 set with Ritter below:
Warning: Major spoiler if you haven’t watched Jessica Jones season 1 yet.
Killgrave’s neck was snapped by Jessica in the first season however he may have survived somehow or he will appear through flashbacks.
Marvel’s Jessica Jones season 1 is currently streaming on Netflix and Season 2 will premiere in early 2018. Before that we will see Jessica in the eight episode miniseries Marvel’s The Defenders which is premiering this Friday, August 18.
