Thor: Ragnarok was released worldwide last Friday, and it is already a big success with the fans. Majority of the audience are calling it the best Thor movie! All of the new characters were loved and one of them is Korg, who was performed by none other than the director himself, Taika Waititi. However that was not the only character he performed.

During an interview with Empire, Taika revealed:

“I am one of the heads on the three-headed alien, this character called Haju [this may not be correct spelling],” he shared. “I’m the head on the right. And I’m also the motion-capture for Surtur,” the fire demon from Muspelheim who’s voiced by Clancy Brown.

Additionally, he was stand-in for Hulk for some pick-up scenes after Mark Ruffalo wrapped production.

Taika Waititi is the second director in the MCU to play a major role in his own directed film. Jon Favreau was the first, portraying Tony Stark’s trusted right-hand man, Happy Hogan.

Thor: Ragnarok is in theaters worldwide. Go watch it today!
