Comic book fans are driven mad over the Avengers: Infinity War trailer. With it bound to release hopefully before the end of this year, actors Paul Bettany and Sebastian Stan, who portray their respective characters The Vision and James “Bucky” Buchanan Barnes/ the Winter Soldier, spoke highly about the film at the Rhode Island Comic Con.

According to an article by Adventures in Poor Taste, Bettany has seen a trailer on co-director Joe Russo’s phone and describes it as “badass” and “amazing.” He says:

“It’ll be out, everyone will love it!”

Stan describes the film in one word by saying:

“Epic. Almost every scene is epic.”

He clarifies that–while most films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe reach its height toward the third act–this film will be epic from start to finish. Bettany teases romance between The Vision and Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olsen) by saying:

“[The Vision] has been on Earth [for] a few years, and he has that whole Scarlet Witch thing going on.”

In regard’s to Bucky’s future in the MCU, Stan said he is “up for whatever [Marvel] throws [his] way.” Could this perhaps tease the character replace Steve Rogers as the new Captain America? Lastly, both actors expressed interest in having the Avengers crossing paths with the heroes of the Netflix universe.
