The upcoming, and highly-anticipated sequel to 2017’s Wonder Woman has been pushed back. Wonder Woman 1984, directed by Patty Jenkins, will be released on June 6, 2020, instead of the most recent release date of November 1, 2019. Gal Gadot posted the change on her Instagram, which you can see here.

Gadot, who plays the leading character of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, seems to infer that the change is for the better. Do you think it’s a good sign? Let us know in the comments below! And be sure to follow Geek Motivation on Twitter and Instagram as this story continues to develop.
