Avengers assemble! With some of the recent cancellations of Marvel’s Netflix shows Iron Fist and Luke Cage, many are speculating that Disney has something planned for it is upcoming streaming service to share space with both the Netflix empire and DC’s streaming service, DC Universe. Scarlet Witch and Loki are already getting their own shows, but one of the recent rumors is that Disney might be developing another.
Remember, this is a rumor, meaning that some of this may be speculation. According to MCU Cosmic, Disney is looking to develop a Nick Fury show for the streaming service! The move makes sense, as there are plenty of stories to tell with his character, from his early S.H.I.E.L.D. days and his time in Phase 3. A significant question that might be common with fans: Who will portray Fury?. Elizabeth Olsen andTom Hiddleston are set to reprise their role in their characters’ respective shows. If all goes as planned, based on the two other shows, Samuel L. Jackson will reprise his role as well. If he does not, though, who would you want to play the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. ? Let us know!
