We are now at the halfway point between this year’s Avengers: Infinity War and next year’s still-untitled fourth Avengers film. Before April’s blockbuster hit made its way into theaters, fans of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes were given nuggets of news regarding the next anticipated movie in the Avengers series. Sure enough, we received juicy details on the fourth Avengers earlier this weekend.

According to both Entertainment Weekly and The Hollywood Reporter, Australian actress Katherine Langford (13 Reasons Why and Love, Simon) has joined the cast to the fourth Avengers film. Reports say she has already completed filming on the set, but details of which character she may be portraying have yet to reach the surface. Langford had been nominated earlier this year for her role in Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why and will return to the streaming platform service for Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler’s series Cursed.

The possibilities are endless considering that time travel will be involved in this movie. The actress could play Kate Bishop, a young Lady Sif, a young Aunt May Parker, etc. Who do you think this actress will portray? Will she have a large and crucial role in next summer’s blockbuster sequel? Let us know your thoughts!
