DisscusingFilm reports that Rocky star Carl Weathers has been cast in the latest Star Wars TV series, The Mandalorian.

Currently, there’s no word as to who (or what) the Predator star will be playing.

The Jon Favreau series is currently in production, with many creatives and actors joining the show. Previously, it was reported that Rick Famiuywa (Dope) Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World), Deborah Chow (Jessica Jones) and even Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok)  are set to direct episodes of the show. Waititi is also set to star, according to rumors.

The series is just one of three Star Wars titles that will form part of the new Disney streaming service titled “Disney+”; the other two being the Cassian Andor series (with Diego Luna reprising the role) and the return of fan favorite The Clone Wars Season 7.

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.
