It seems that Taika Waititi is being added to the long list of directors at who will be helping with The Mandalorian Star Wars project for the Disney + streaming service. According to Star Making Wars, there is a video of him helping with what is the supposed finale of the series.

The famous director of Thor: Ragnarok should add some distinct style to the series. He is not alone, though, as Jon Favreau has recruited some already-established directors for the series such as Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Deborah Chow, and Dave Filoni.

The series takes place after Return of the Jedi and follows a death trooper on the looking for something new after the fall of the Republic. It will be interesting to see how Disney will attack this series as there is no release date for the series. With the finale being shot now, I would not be surprised if we get a teaser of some sort very soon. For all things geek, you are in the right place!
