A number of sources have rumored that Rian Johnson’s upcoming, untitled Star Wars trilogy has been canned. The trilogy had no release date or title announced.
This comes as somewhat of a shock. Although Johnson’s 2017 The Last Jedi was met divisively by fans, that film was released long enough ago that Disney should’ve already made any big decisions like this. Perhaps something was going on behind the scenes all along.
