Hello, my fastesg readers alive. I come with more good news. Last week we reported that the production of the film would begin as soon as Ezra Miller finished with his Fantastic Beasts filming.
Well, apparently Warner Bros. is fast tracking the slowest-movie-to-be-produced.
According to THR, Andy Muschietti is in negotiations to direct the film. The same man that directed the 2013 horror-film Mama, both of the Stephen King’s new adaptations of It, and the upcoming live-action Attack on Titan film.
Plus, the same site is claiming that Christina Hodson is being eyed to write the same movie. Apparently, the DCEU is happy with Hodson’s work (she is the same writer from the Birds of Prey movie, and was announced to pen the screenplay for the Batgirl solo outing.
So, let’s all of us close our eyes and hope for the best for this creative team and this movie.
