The Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, Jennifer Flackett and Mark Levin show has been given the green-light by Netflix. Plus, the creators‘ production company Brutus Pink has been signed to produce a whole bunch of adult animated projects, both TV shows and movies.
In an official statement, Mike Moon, Netflix’s head of adult animation stated his and the streaming platform’s excitement for the deal between them and Brutus Pink.
Big Mouth follows a group of hormonal 7th graders, dealing with their changing bodies, newly found sexual desires, and a constant attraction between each others. Plus, there’s two hormone monsters that are constantly trying to make the teens act on their primal needs. Trust me, it’s not as creepy as it sounds. Or maybe it is, but it’s pretty funny.
Nick Kroll (Sausage Party), John Mullaney (Spider-Man: Into The SpiderVerse), Maya Rudolph (Bridesmaids), Jenny Slate (Venom), Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live), Jordan Peele (Get Out), and others are among the talented voice cast that gives life to the characters.
