Yesterday, Collider hosted a screening of Jurassic World and that’s where Colin Trevorrow, the director of Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, announced that he is bringing back Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill to reprise their original roles in the latest Jurassic World installment, Jurassic World 3.

You might remember that Jeff Goldblum briefly appeared in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and Laura Dern’s role in Jurassic Park III was a small cameo, but this time around all three cast members will have significantly larger roles.

Trevorrow is set to direct and also co-write the script with Emily Carmichael (Pacific Rim Uprising). Details about the plot are still unknown, but we do know that the film opens on June 11, 2021.

It might be that the plot will follow the latest short film release, Battle at Big Rock. The dinosaurs are now living in our world and fighting to survive. Are you excited to see Goldblum, Dern, and Neill reprise their roles? Follow us @TheCinemaSpot to stay updated and let us know your thoughts.
