Peacock, the new NBC streaming service, is producing a reboot of the late 1980s/early 1990s show Saved by the Bell.
It has been confirmed that Mark-Paul Gosselaar, everyone’s favorite “Preppy” is returning to reprise his role as Zack Morris.
As of right now, he is set to return in three episodes and be credited as a producer for the show. Tiffani-Amber Thiessen is rumored to come back as Kelly but nothing has been confirmed for her yet. Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley will reprise their roles as Slater and Jessie.
Peacock will launch in April and it is likely that the show will launch during the summer months.
