Today, the official James Bond Twitter page (@007) as shared an important announcement regarding the next movie in the franchise, No Time to Die, via this tweet:
The film will be released in the U.K. on November 12, 2020 with worldwide release dates to follow, including the US launch on November 25, 2020.

Considering that the reasoning given by those involved was a thorough evaluation of the global marketplace, one could assume this delay was made in response to the corona virus outbreak, which started and has been very prevalent in China, the biggest contributor to the international box office. Due to the fear of contamination, most people would likely avoid crowded areas such as movie theaters.
No Time to Die, written and directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, stars Daniel Craig as James bond as well as Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Christoph Waltz, Lashana Lynch and Ana de Armas. It will hold the milestone of being the 25th installment in the 007 franchise.
