Production on the highly-anticipated Disney+/Marvel Studios series The Falcon And The Winter Soldier series has been shut down while filming a few scenes in Prague. The move comes after Prague closed schools and implemented new restrictions on travel and events. This is the second time production on the series halted, as a planned shoot in Puerto Rico was delayed following an earthquake that struck the island earlier this year.
The Falcon And The Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/The Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier, Daniel Bruhl as Baron Zemo, and Wyatt Russel as U.S. Agent. The series is expected to release exclusively on the Disney+ streaming platform this coming August.
