New episodes of Star Trek: Discovery’s 13-episode third season will be airing weekly, starting on the 15th of October, 2020.
After following Commander Burnham into the wormhole in the second season finale, season three of Star Trek: Discovery finds the U.S.S. Discovery crew landing into an unknown future far from the home they once knew. Now living in a time filled with uncertainty, the U.S.S. Discovery crew, along with the help of some new friends, must work together to restore hope to the Federation.
Star Trek: Discovery season 3 cast members include Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, Anthony Rapp, Mary Wiseman, Wilson Cruz, David Ajala and Michelle Yeoh.
As we previously reported, CBS All Access was thinking about moving the release date of Star Trek: Discovery season 3 up to 2021. We also reported that Discovery season 3 would be released in October if CBS All Access didn’t decide to postpone it. We are happy to hear that our exclusive has been confirmed, and we are also happy to hear that Discovery season 3 will in fact not be delayed.
