With only a few days away, the DC FanDome event has undergone some changes and is announced by DC to be divided into two parts as a result of some last-minute changes.
This upcoming weekend, on August 22nd, we will have DC FanDome: Hall of Heroes. According to the official (and now newly revised) DC FanDome scheduling:
- This day’s event will feature upcoming DC Extended Universe films such as Wonder Woman 1984, The Suicide Squad, Zack Snyder’s Justice League, Black Adam, Aquaman, SHAZAM!, and The Batman;
- As well as DC Comics video games Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (by Rocksteady Studios) and the first look at a currently unannounced Warner Bros. video game.
- Hall of Heroes will continue to have The CW’s The Flash and the DC Comics television series Titans on its official schedule for this first day.
On September 12th, we will be having DC FanDome: Explore the Multiverse, which will feature the rest of the event via WatchVerse, KidsVerse, YouVerse, FunVerse, and InsiderVerse.
- This latter half of the DC FanDome experience will include DCTV series such as The CW properties — Batwoman, Black Lightning, Legends of Tomorrow, Stargirl, Superman & Lois — along with Harley Quinn, Doom Patrol, Legion of Super Heroes, Lucifer, Pennyworth, Static Shock, Watchmen, Young Justice, and more! Titans and the CW’s The Flash will return with extended panels.
- The Legion of Super Heroes panel will have the show’s voice actors appear, and the Static Shock panel will be a screening of one of the show’s episodes.
- There will be a Hooded Justice documentary, which had appeared in HBO’s Watchmen series, along with a documentary on the Watchmen series itself. The Rorschach comic book will be discussed, too.
- DC Animated projects will have their own panels. Batman: The Joker War!, Batman: Three Jokers, DC Showcase – Batman: Death in the Family, Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons, and Superman: Man of Tomorrow will be titles presented.
In the meantime, we will be covering the event via our site. You can check out the link here.
