V/H/S/85 director Mike P. Nelson is set to direct the movie, with Alan B. McElroy (Star Trek: Discovery) penning the script. More casting news is underway as more is revealed about the film.
Titan unfolds amidst the lush and perilous landscape of Brazil’s Curuçá River in the modern-day era. As per Deadline, the synopsis is as follows.
When a team of young doctors embark on a local humanitarian mission through the Amazon rainforest, it soon becomes clear that not everyone – or everything – is happy to see them. Their arrival draws the attention of an ancient predator, the “Boiúna”. This ancient killer, dominant on land and water, clashes to reclaim the jungle. The ensuing fight for survival blurs the roles of hunter, prey, and hero.

The Films Lead Are Establish Scream Queens
Kiana Madeira has built a diverse filmography with memorable performances across various genres. She gained widespread recognition for portraying Deena Johnson in the Fear Street trilogy, a Netflix horror series released in July 2021 based on R.L. Stine’s novels.
Madeira also showcased her talent in films such as Brother, where she delivered a compelling performance as the troubled sister of a young boy involved in a criminal underworld. Additionally, she starred in the After franchise, bringing depth and complexity to her character, Nora, in the romantic drama series.

Executive producers include Sam Hall and Michael Rothstein for north.five.six, the sales company formerly known as Mossbank, which underwent rebranding last year following new investment.
