Sometimes I write things, but mostly I watch movies.

The Upside Down is getting bigger. Today, Netflix announced they are creating a new animated spin-off for Stranger Things. Eric Robles is developing the show. The Duffer Brothers are executive producing the series while still focusing on the fifth and final season of Stranger Things.

Currently, it is unknown specifically what the show will be about. In addition to that, more spin-off projects are expected, including at least one live-action series.

“We’ve always dreamed of an animated Stranger Things in the vein of the Saturday morning cartoons that we grew up loving, and to see this dream realized has been absolutely thrilling. We couldn’t be more blown away by what Eric Robles and his team have come up with –– the scripts and artwork are incredible, and we can’t wait to share more with you! The adventure continues.”
